Please call Stepniak Beef to schedule your Beef appointment.

- Beef are killed on Wednesday, so they will need to be dropped off Tuesday after noon (12pm)
- All animals must be alive and walk into our plant
- Your beef will be ready for pick up in 2 weeks
- Stepniak beef will call you on a Wednesday to let you know your Beef is ready and the cost of processing.
- The beef must then be picked up by that Saturday
- If you need to cancel or change appointment please let us know ASAP
